CALL for PAPERS PCIM China 2008 We recommend also to provide a Chinese version of the summary of your abstract together with your submission. We will publish the short summary of your abstract in two languages for the final Conference Program. Conference Language Conference language for all correspondence, abstracts, final papers and speech is English. Selection Process All abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Advisory Board members to ensure a high-quality conference. Submitted papers may be selected for oral/lecture presentations. Presentation In case of acceptance of your paper you will have 30 minutes presentation time including a discussion time of approx. 5 ?7 minutes. The paper will be printed in the official Conference Proceedings and CD-ROM of the PCIM China 2008 Conference. Detailed information and guidelines for preparing and presenting the final paper will be provided with an Author`s Manual which can be downloaded from www.pcimchina.com from October 31, 2007. Conditions of Acceptance In case of acceptance of your abstracts, authors are expected to secure a Speaker抯 Registration Fee. The Speaker?Registration Fee is Euro 156,00 per paper. Speakers from Chinese companies/universities may register for Euro 78,00. Branches and subsidiaries of foreign companies are excluded from this reduced fee. In case of doubts the organizer has the right to refuse the application or to charge the registration fee for international participants. The Speaker抯 Fee includes free participation at all 3 conference days, the conference proceedings and CD-ROM, coffee break and lunch, free admission to the PCIM China Exhibition and electronica & ProductronicaChina as well as daily free bus transfer between the conference hotel and the exhibition site SNIEC and the ticket for the Welcome Party. General Conditions: The Speaker Registration Form has to be returned until 11 January 2008. The registration fee has to be paid right upon receipt of the invoice. In case the registered speaker cannot present the paper personally, the organizer may accept a replacement. The notification of replacement must be made in writing at least 7 days before the conference. The speaker抯 fee is not refundable, no-shows are liable for the entire amount. Exhibition Again the PCIM Exhibition runs parallel to the PCIM conference and is a part of electronica & ProductronicaChina Exhibition, organized by Messe Munich.
