We cordially invite you to attend the Third International Conference on Genetic and Evolutionary Computing (WGEC 2009), which will be held in October, 2009 in Guilin, China. Just like the name of the conference, the theme for this conference is Genetic and Evolutionary Computation. Only original high quality papers related to this theme are especially solicited, including theories, methodologies, and applications in science and technology. Topics covering industrial issues/applications and academic research into bio-inspired computing will be welcome. Proceedings of WGEC 2008 has been included in IEEE Xplore database and indexed by EI.In WGEC 2009, all accepted papers will appear in conference proceedings published by the IEEE and will be indexed by both EI (Compendex) and ISTP. Furthermore, extended versions of selected papers will be published in SCI, EI Journal.
